Hi @User_75YL8, Partner records have a department classification. Adding this field should let your subpartner record have access only to the assigned department unless you are using this classification for a different use. Then, that is the time where you need to create a custom entity.

Hi @Aniket-Silversky The Customer Center role has predefined permissions and Items permision is not included. That is why it is also not available in the saved search. There is a separate enhancment logged under #141601 Ability to add permissions to the Customer Center Role.

Hi kf, This is not possible through the standard behavior of the system's permission. However, I checked this internally with our customization team and this is possible through workflow by setting the condition to the name of the account. I hope this helps.
