yes, i was able to create a charge search that lists the invoice record, just not the other way around. thank you for checking and understood it's a system limitation, would it be possible to put in an enhancement/suiteidea? hopefully it's something that can be made available in the future.

hi Angela Bayliss i tried the suiteapproval in sandbox today. Just very basic setup, somehow, it seems the approval list includes anyone with the admin role, except myself, is that expected? Thank you for sharing your experience with this.

Since i was able to get a timely solution for this, i just used an if statement to print the text based on subsidiary, instead of having a field on the subsidiary. It's alright now.

We are using Power BI and Tactical Connect (zone reporting?). Seems alright. Other people in the team is leading it, but I have not heard major complaints.

I think the issue was the field that I set on transition condition was Amount, and I updated that to Total, and it seems to be working. I didn't have to add a state. Thank you!

To answer the questions above, "I want to know whether it has been set up in Employee for approval? or is everything done with workflow?" We have not set up Employee approval, everything is done with workflow. I guess i could explore setting up in employee for approval, since originally we have to route the CAD and US ones…

Never mind, i think i figured it out. The Expense Category needs to be associated with Expense Item, then it will work properly, so I will do an update on our expense category, easy fix :)
