I can't see your picture but I think the only option would be to rename the file and exclude any international characters. This has been documented in SuiteAnswers Answer Id: 24534 - https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/24534/kw/import%20international%20characters

I saw something similar reported with Advanced PDF layouts in Defect 335488. This alternate solution was posted but you may still want to follow up with Support: 1. Customization>Forms>Transaction Forms. 2. Edit form. 3. Under Printing type select Legacy > Save.

This is due to the way Safari assigns client certificates to secure sites and has been a common problem in Safari for some time. Please file a Support case to investigate further. You can also try using https://system2.netsuite.com/pages/login.jsp. If the system2 domain provides better performance, then you can continue to use this domain to work as usual in your NetSuite account.

Does the error occur on standard forms? It may be related to a customization already deployed on the form or record. You may want to speak with your Account Manager if the problem persists.

Hi Karen, The registered trademark logo in the topic title causes a redirect loop. I removed the logo in the title but the remaining logos in your thread are still visible. The duplicate topic will be removed.
