Al comparar informes, garantizar la coherencia del período y la fecha es crucial para lograr la integridad y la precisión. Tener filtros coherentes y comprender las preferencias de los informes puede ayudarle a evitar discrepancias y garantizar que sus informes estén alineados para un análisis significativo.
Aspectos importantes que se deben tener en cuenta al comprobar la coherencia entre los informes:
1.) Discrepancias de períodos: Pueden ocurrir fechas no coincidentes, especialmente si la opción 'Permitir fecha de transacción fuera del período de contabilidad' en Preferencias de contabilidad está habilitada. Esto puede dar lugar a discrepancias a la hora de comparar informes. Por ejemplo, una transacción con fecha 14 de septiembre de 2024 puede tener un período contable de octubre de 2024 si el período de septiembre de 2024 ya está cerrado.
