Hi @Dirk Nieuwkamp, You can still have access to the record since you are the owner of the custom record type. However, other users with different roles aside from the Administrator will not be able to access the record. I hope this answers your question. Thank you.

Hi @Ammar, You can customize a role using the A/P Clerk Standard Role, setting the Employee Restrictions to "own and subordinates only" and then checking the Allow Viewing checkbox. The employee will be able to view but not change or delete purchase orders created by other employees. I hope this helps.
