Hi Scott, I checked this internally and confirmed that this is not possible through a workflow or a script. A workaround that I can think of is to create a custom field and manually enter or select the file's owner name based on the Employee List/Reord. Regards,

Thank you for confirming, Scott. Per checking, this is the current behavior of the transaction saved search when you add the File: Owner field. An enhancement request to show the file owner instead of the folder owner is filed under Enhancement #460016. Please visit SuiteIdeas to vote for this request. I hope this helps.

Hi @User_75YL8, Provisioning the Documents and Files permission will also enable the Documents tab. Per checking, there is no existing enhancement request yet for having the ability to restrict the tab. I suggest submitting it as a New Idea at SuiteIdeas. Regards,

Hi @kfluk, The system's behavior is that no permission = no access. However, an enhancement was raised and approved for the ability for roles to view saved reports without needing permission to view the base report. That is the reason why you can view the reports. Thank you for keeping this thread updated, @KNason76. Can you please check in Home > Set Preferences > Transactions tab > Printing section > Is PDF set in Transaction Email Attachment Format? Are there any certain users or roles who cannot view the PDF attachment? Are you using the standard PDF or the advanced PDF template?

Hi @gburnham Apologies for the late response. The only way we can provision an Administrator role in sandbox is to ask the other administrator to add the role in your employee record or a refresh if there is no other administrator aside from you. Regards,
