Hi @Hormese Paul, Per checking, Statement is not considered as a Transaction record in the system. This is the reason why it is not following the Subsidiary Return Email Address set in Email Preferences > Transactions. I hope this answers your questions. Regards,

It seems that we cannot source the remaining fields in the gift certificate. The fields are not exposed to sourcing. As an alternative solution, create a transaction custom fields and use these to pull up the code and the original amount in the email template.
