Hi @Divya Unnikrishnan The Internal ID (-5) is assigned to the default (initial) Administrator of the user’s NetSuite account. You can edit the employee record and remove the administrator role.

Thank you, @Lee Ann R. Could you please confirm whether these reports are only available in the list view and if the user is unable to run the actual report? If so, log in as the administrator and manage the roles or users who can view the saved reports. I hope this helps.

Hi @carlyn, In addition to @Harikrishnan N's suggestion, you can try using Store Manager standard role as it has Commerce Categories and Set Up Web Site permissions. You can check the Standard Roles Permissions Table in SuitwAnswers ID 9918.

Hi @User_Q1DPO When running a saved search, the role must have permission to at least view the records and fields that the role wants to access. Since your saved search is looking for an account ID, you must grant this role to have access to the record.
