@Asher_123 , is it a hardcoded button or from Buttons on Client Script Record? You cannot trigger the 'click' function of this button via another script. However, you can use Form.clientScriptFileId and call the function(that triggers when the button is clicked). Would this be feasible on your end? -Mikko

Hi @KR Mike , You are correct that it is related to enhancement(# 576944 - Payment Card > Set Default Value of Preserve on File field to False via Workflow). The suggested workaround was to deploy a User Event Script on Payment Card and set the value of "preserveonfile" field to False using the Before Load Function. -Mikko
