it's difficult because we are having so many items into PO/item reciept(some case we haing upto 200-300 item on PO) and checking one by one include lot of extra work. I am looking for a work around to bill reciept instead of PO Is this possible???

You can do this by workflow or mass update

If you are sending the email alert/scheduled email through workflow. then you can track all this ....when they were created, who they're going out to etc. you can create workflow instance search or even go to message tab on particular record and check all these things. NS support is saying that you cannot indicate the specific time when the transition and action would happen. it's under enhancement. Any work around for this???

Hello Sr, Thank for you reply.. Your understanding is right but email field is not blank . it contain "noemail" into email field on customer record. so what condition i need to use to restrict all the customers to enter into workflow having email address i.e."noemail"

Yes, it contain "noemail" text only. source for this customer is google customer name is appear google customer and email field contain noemail
