I encountered this issue for the first time today with some vendor payments and checked for the internal IDs mentioned and it did not exist. What are the numbers mentioned and how do we resolve it in that case?

Hi Tigran, I had started doing this against the admin role but realised that you were correct and I should see if any other customised role works. I was able to find one and had the issue whittled down to 1 permission. The Employee Record access had to be set to view and it worked! Regards Shristi

Hi Tigran and Jervin Thank you for your responses. In answer, Yes to everything. I have the user role with all 3 permissions set to edit and the custom field itself also has Access level set to Edit. Still not working for the custom role.
