What are the biggest advantages of running an email champaign through mailchimp -vs- netsuite? Is it mostly ease-of-use improvements or are there other key features that make it perform better than NS?

They get delivered... Is that because of the mail-chimp "Inbox Inspector" that helps you avoid spam filters?

I use Cazoomi Syncapps to sync NetSuite with MialChimp. It works fine. The Syncapp interface takes a little getting used to as some interface choices are not apparent to first time users.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but the only URLs that I see all are at xxx.netsuite.com. Are you editing files that are stored at "Web Site Hosting Files > Live Hosting Files"? Is your site hosted by NS or external?

If you want the URL to be a first level URL (eg: yourdomain.com/yourfile.pdf) and if you want the URL to show up with your domain in the file cabinet (so that you can copy and paste it) .....then I believe that it does need to be in the "Web Site Hosting Files > Live Hosting Files".

Upload the docs to your file cabinet. Put them in the folder "Web Site Hosting Files > Live Hosting Files". Click on "edit" for the new item in your file cabinet and it will show the URL for that item. Make sure "Available Without Login" is checked. Now, copy and paste the URLs into your emails. T
