This navigation is also a broken feature in another area of NetSuite. The "show duplicates" results page is missing the "pulldown range selector". This feature is also causing problems for us. After converting an item, it has an expense account that is grayed out. It has the drop-down menu for COG, but the account listed in the grayed out expense account is missing from the COG pull-down menu. -Tom
