Hello @User_ML5H4, Please go to the Inventory Detail tab > Inventory Numbers section of the item, and check if there is available quantity on hand and available. You can also create a Transaction Saved Search for this. If the quantity is committed for other transactions, it may not show up in the inventory detail for the…

Hello @Luis G, I've tested this in our standard test account, and confirmed that the standard behavior for Close Work Orders page is Work Orders with Planned or Released status will still be listed. The alternate solution is to use status as additional filters: 1. On the Close Work Orders page > Click Customize 2. Go to…

Hi @Kellyann, The formula for the Turnover Rate is Cost of Sales / Average Inventory Value. Given that the Turnover Rate values rely on the Cost of Sales (recorded in the Item Fulfillments) and Average Inventory Value, the absence of one will lead to a blank result on the native report. In the screenshot you've provided,…

Hello @User_7BCNL, Thank you for sending over the screenshots! Can you please explain further the purpose of the formula fields? What are they trying to source?

Hello @User_2LD8N, To add to what Amanda suggested, this may also be possible by creating a workflow as the ability to automatically close Work Orders is not yet available currently in the standard NetSuite account. I agree with what she said about the possible variances. It's important that you take a look into this. Hi @KNason76, Upon checking this is not possible via a custom field. You can…

Hello @Pervaz R. Allauddin, Please check the Replenishment Method of the items. Item demand plans can be added for items where the Replenish Method field is set to Time Phased. Hello @User_DFQMH, Editing a transaction that would result in a change in GL impact is restricted in a closed period. Since an Invoice is a posting transaction, and voiding it means reversing the GL impact, NetSuite will restrict, and Void button will not be available. However, you can do a Journal Entry to reverse the GL…

Hello @User_DFQMH, You may create an Inventory Adjustment to correct the quantity of the items. Select the item that was incorrectly fulfilled and adjust the quantity to reflect the increase. Another option would be is to create a Return Authorization. I hope this helps.
