@Onkar Nath Tiwari, do you by chance have a clustered environment? Our problematic environment is coming from one that is a two node cluster. I am curious to see if that could be common with all of our complaints.

Ours failed to refresh this morning. It had been going great since the last time I reported here. I had to bounce the services and purge cache to get it to return correctly.

Same thing here. We have faced this issue again in the past (same dates as the other users reported here) and we faced it again this morning.
