I think, this is another "use-case", which should be part of of long promised API for DV (which is, unfortunatelly still not available)- this API should allow you: 1) To identify data sets not used/referenced in any other "objects" (workbooks, data flows, analyses etc...) 2) To delete those identified data sets

This idea is "Under Oracle Review" for more than year and so far no progress/sign that this is going to be implemented. I guess, this should not be that difficult and it will help... Thanks

Is anybody from development looking at this Idea ? There is no response and it would be good if somebody ket us know, how to check (from UI) the current version of OAS environment - since in 6.4 the information has disappeared.

I would extend this requirement/idea a little bit more: DV UI is missing the same level of UI customization as classical OBIEE UI posses (via custom styles and skins). This should be addressed in future versions of OAC and OAS.
