This is core BI behavior to use the actual rpd subject area name, and not the label. As alternate user can save the column in a different Shared Folder. They could create a shared folder with the subject area name they see and save the custom columns there. If needed please raise new idea for this.

One option is user A can archive report and send it to User B so user User B can un archive in which ever folder they need (My folders or custom)?

Dhanuka is the error you see on view data or parse sql or in report, as using same sql works for me though there is no data due to filters.
