Hi there,


We ran the event life even participation as a scheduled job.

In the log file, there are "Errored persons = 50"

It lists some employees that cannot evaluate the life events


Message logs are listed as below:

The person has one or more manual life events that must be resolved before processing can continue.

You can't process this person's life event right now because there's another life event that's in progress with an enrollment window.


After some testing, we submit process set Audit Log as Yes and check once again, with Log = Yes, yet the log file still can't tell which person is having an issue.
