Benefits displaying incorrect communicated rate.
Summary:
We have a requirement to display the monthly deductions for a Cyclescheme plan( it's a loan plan and ends exactly after 12 months) on the self-service pages. Although the amount entered by the admin is an annual amount and is correctly deducting monthly value in Payroll, the self-service pages are displaying it based on the months left in the year. We have fiscal years defined.
Eg: We're trying to enrol an employee with an annual plan value of £600. We need the system to always divide the annual amount by 12 irrespective of the years we've defined at program/plan level.
