BENEFITS SIDE PANEL

Summary:

In Benefits after clicking enroll button of a car plan, from the side panel can i select more options such as car model name, car model number etc to enroll with specific details The enrollment is done by the administrator, so the administrator can choose the car model for the employee, but for now when i click enroll it is automatically changing status to "enrolled". but in our case we need a pop up or side panel to open when we click the "enroll" button and then to select the car model!! how can we acheive this?
