Potential issues of having open enrollment dates set up at plan and program level both
in Benefits
Could anyone please help me understand what are the potential issues we could encounter when we have open enrollment window set up at program and plan levels.
We want rate start date of all plans from one date and for HSA/FSA we need the rates to start on another date. Since we have not tried this scenarios looking for some expertise here.
