How can we hide the Life Event enrollment banner countdown on Redwood ?

Summary:

We’re using Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits – Redwood Self-Service. During an Enrollment window, the landing page banner displays a message such as “Your enrollment window is open… closes on <date> <time>.” We need to remove or hide the time portion (or optionally replace the banner text) so employee a generic message. We are looking for a supported configuration approach—preferably via Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
