Employee+Children Option Not Available When Only "Child of a Covered Child" Relationship Exists.

Hello Experts,

We are observing the following behavior during Benefits enrollment and would like to understand whether this is expected functionality or if additional configuration is required.

Scenario:

We have two dependent relationship types configured:

1. Child
2. Child of a Covered Child

Observation:

• When an employee has both a Child and a Child of a Covered Child dependent, the Employee + Children coverage option is available during enrollment.
• However, when the employee has only a Child of a Covered Child dependent and no dependent with the relationship type Child, the Employee + Children coverage option is not displayed.

Additional Configuration:

1. Plan level > Medical Plan > Eligibility Train Stop > Allowable dependent or beneficiary designees.
