Dependent Certification Required FF - Certification Remains After Employee Changes Enrollment

Hi Everyone,

We have a Dependent Certification Required Fast Formula that triggers a certification when an employee enrolls a Spouse or Domestic Partner in a medical plan and selects "No" on a separate Spousal Surcharge plan. If the employee selects "Yes", the certification shouldn't be required.

This is being used during Open Enrollment.

The issue we're seeing is that previous elections are carried forward and defaulted immediately after Open Enrollment evaluation. If the employee was previously enrolled with a Spouse/DP and had selected No, the certification is automatically triggered.
