Enabling Home Assignments (Non-Primary) for Benefits Participation

Hi everyone,

We have a client requirement to enable multiple assignments for benefits participation in Oracle Cloud HCM, and I’m looking for guidance on how to configure this.

Business Scenario:

An employee is temporarily assigned to an acting position in a different union group. The employee should remain enrolled in the benefit plans associated with their home position, but the benefit coverage amounts should be calculated based on the salary of their acting assignment. Additionally, the acting assignment should become the primary assignment for absence and other related calculations.

Example:

• Home Assignment: Union – $60,000 salary; eligible for Union benefit plans. (We are looking to have a DFF on the assignment page to capture the Home Assignment)
