It is Cyber Monday. Site was down and back up but too slow. This should not be happening. By evening the traffic is going to peak and I am not sure if netsuite can handle that. We are in SCA platform, still this is happening to us!!!

It was working fine until now. We just got 4 customers on phone saying at the last page in checkout they got a timed out message. If it is high priority and since there is no workaround why not make it to S1? Our sales is 30% down due to this. We can't afford to wait for weeks or even days without this.

Yes, they said it has something to do with location, although we do not have multi location setup. Support temporarily activated location and our old address appeared for our old items in item record. Had to do mass upate to remove the old address from old items and then it worked.

If we try to calculate shipping from netsuite by entering a sales order, it is saying "Fedex ratings service application is currently unavailable"

We have been informed by many of our customers who use firefox that they were unable to checkout. We have also had a few customers who are using Windows Internet Explorer complain that when they click “proceed to checkout” it takes them back to shopping. These issues are going on for last 3-4 weeks.

Today it showed 88% as billed and rest failed but when we clicked on details it showed everything as successful. I checked verisign and it was showing all those orders as approved. I also noticed that one of the sales order was having a different sales order number in Verisign although the amount and name was same.

My Case # is 587116 which is not touched by CSR although we have a GOLD support. Whenever we have a problem, we create a case and also submit here in forum and I get immediate help from forum where as I get reply to the case after days, weeks or sometimes after months. I think I should pay for the Forum and not for GOLD…

Thaks for the reply. Why don't you go to www.jafrum.com and click on new customer, give name, email and password and click continue and it gives this error message. We lost 20,000 dollars of sales for the weekend and it is amazing that netsuite is not admitting this. I hope this will be fixed immediately by today or else…
