Hi @Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle, Thank you for your investigation- I tried this and it worked! I can now see the Custom Entity fields in my Saved Search. Out of curiosity, do you know why we had to clear cache in order for the fields to appear?

Hi @Ayitah Tallada-Oracle, Absolutely! The system notes screenshot was taken in my time zone (GMT), whereas the email received was taken from one of my Users, who is based in Hong Kong (HKT). They are 8 hours ahead of me. Apologies, I should have perhaps pointed that out previously. Regards Alex
