Greetings @rburns515, Thank you for posting a new inquiry in NetSuite Support Community. Are you pertaining to the Filters section, where you need to add the Custom Date field? See sample screenshot below: -Jack
-
Hi @PaulFleetwood, Do you still need assistance with this concern? We would be glad to assist you further. -Jack

Greetings @Angel Chang, Since Vendor Bills in NetSuite do not track the user who creates the record, you would need to implement this first for newly created records moving forward by creating a Custom Field with the configuration shown in the screenshots below: Note: The Custom Field will be blank for existing records…

Hi @CashShurley, Just to confirm, with the modified template, only Individual Vendors can be selected in the field highlighted in the screenshot below. Is this correct? -Jack
-
Hi @CashShurley, We need a little bit more time to reproduce the behavior that you're experiencing with the modified template. We will update this thread with our progress. -Jack

You're welcome @Liz Madrid. Glad I could help ? -Jack

Thanks for clarifying @Liz Madrid. Can you try setting the Show Additional Items on Packing Slips preference to All Items on Order in Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences > Order Management subtab if it shows the missing item? See sample screenshot below: Hope this helps. If you find this reply to your question…

Hi @Liz Madrid, Thank you for providing our requested information. I noticed in your Packing Slip that you may already have fully shipped the second item (105821) since the quantity in the Shipped column is 15 which matches the quantity in the Ordered column. See screenshot below: -Jack

Hi @CashShurley, We're still in the process of testing a possible solution to your requirement. We will inform you once we are done. -Jack

Hi @Vernita, As mentioned, the Workflow setup that I provided in my previous post will form an approval chain. If you want to skip the lower level approvers and go directly to the the Last Approver in the chain, where the Total Transaction Amount is within range of his/her Purchase Approval Limit, make the following…

No worries @Liz Madrid. Here's an easier way to do it: 1. Based on the information on the printed Packing Slip you provided, the Sales Order Number is SO45398. Enter that number in the Global Search Box then click on the resulting record. See sample screenshot below: 2. Once the Sales Order is loaded, take a screenshot of…

On the Item Fulfillment Record, click the link that goes to the associated Sales Order Record then scroll down the page until you see the line items. Make sure that Back Ordered is shown as one of the line item columns. While we're at it, may we ask the definition of Back Order in your business process? -Jack
-
@Liz Madrid Apologies for not being clear enough. What I meant was the screenshot of the Items in Sales Order Form with the Back Ordered column shown, not the Sales Order printout. See sample screenshot below: -Jack
-
Hi @Liz Madrid, Just to confirm, are you expecting the quantities that are not yet fulfilled to show up in the Back Ordered column? Also, can you share some screenshots of the Items on the Sales Order associated with the Item Fulfillment with the Back Ordered column shown? (Remove/mask sensitive information) To show the…

Hi @Liz Madrid, For your additional concern, please post in this thread moving forward: Thank you, -Jack
-
Hi @Liz Madrid, I have split your additional concern into this separate thread since this is a different topic from the original. Let us investigate this first and we will get back to you with an update. -Jack

Hi @Liz Madrid, I have done extensive testing on this and it seems that the Split Horizontally option is the cause of the Customer Message Custom Element being split into 2 boxes. Just uncheck the option to make it into a single box again. See sample screenshot below: Hope this helps. If you find this reply to your…

Apologies for the confusion @PaulFleetwood. I based my previous answer on your speculation that the Line-level Classifications are the ones causing the issue but actually the behavior is the other way around which was detailed in @Emilia Ironov-Oracle's last reply. With the above said, I tried setting up a Workflow that…

Thanks for confirming @PaulFleetwood. Testing this on my end, the behavior seems to be different. First, the address on the contact creation screen does not auto-populate with the default customer address; and all the entered address information is preserved after saving the contact. The behavior on your end might be…

Greetings @Toanne van de Ven, Upon checking, the Packing Slip Advanced PDF/HTML Template is currently designed to print information from only one Item Fulfillment at a time as the Consolidated Packing Slips Feature is currently not available in NetSuite. The following related Enhancement Request has been filed for a…

We appreciate the update @Liz Madrid! To have a bigger logo in your printouts similar to your previous ones, you can edit the small image using an image editor (e.g. Paint) and resize it to make it bigger then upload the edited image into NetSuite and use it as the new logo. Hope this helps. If you find this reply to your…

Thanks for confirming @Liz Madrid, We'll look for another possible cause of the 2 boxes being printed and get back to you once we have an update. -Jack
-
Greetings @PaulFleetwood, Just to confirm, is the entered address information on the New Contact Form via '+' or '- New -' option of the Custom Field gets lost in the created Contact Record, or is the address not being added correctly in the Customer Record after creating the contact? -Jack
-
Greetings @PaulFleetwood, Since Workflows only support the Items sublist and the Expenses Sublist specifically on Expense Reports currently, SuiteFlow cannot set the sublist fields as non-mandatory on transactions created from Match Bank Data/Make Deposits. I also found the following related Enhancement Request for this:…

Greetings @ChrisH, If you are using Advanced PDF/HTML Templates, you can print the line fields you mentioned on the Picking Ticket by referencing them in the template using the code shown in the following screenshot: Expected Result: Hope this helps. If you find this reply to your question useful, others might be as well.…

Hi @Liz Madrid, See the sample animated image below: If this is not the case on your end, please let us know. -Jack

Hi @Liz Madrid, The Customer Message Custom Element might be overlapping with another element such as Bill To. To check, move the custom element to another position and see if another element is underneath it. Hope this helps. If you find this reply to your question useful, others might be as well. By clicking “Yes” on…

Greetings @CashShurley, We would like to request the full CCD/PPD Template Code that was modified by your Vendor. You can post the code here by copying it in a text editor such as Notepad and saving the file in plain text format (.txt). Then, upload the text file using the Upload File option here. Once we have the template…

Hi @Liz Madrid, You can also try disabling the Message element. If the whole disclaimer statement is still not shown, set the template that you customized shown in your first screenshot (see below) in the PDF Layout field on the Custom Form. Hope this helps. If you find this reply to your question useful, others might be…
