How would our Technical team go about requesting Reporting Backend access from Oracle

Hi Team-

I am new to Taleo Reporting and this forum but have a question. Does anyone know how one can get access to the Taleo Reporting Development environment? Is this even possible. The reason I ask is because my IT team is looking to have a raw view to the reporting infrastructure in which we can have the flexibility to design our own reports.

The business team has access to the reporting front end but it seems to be very limited and when certain reports are created they still have to clean up the report before our PeopleSoft Reporting team can import the data.
