Wondering best practice for assigning a goal plan to new hires


Hi.  Is the best way to assign a current goal plan to a new hire is to run the Manage Goal Scheduled Process task?  If so, how often do you typically run this?  Is there a way to automatically set up a goal plan to get assigned to a new hire?
