HCM Performance Review Year End Close Best Practices

There seems to be a variety of ways to consider the period closed, looking for best practices.


2018 was our first year utilizing HCM's Performance Review functionality and we're curious as to what you've learned for best practices for closing the cycle and whether there are any mass updates you find useful or if you leave items open.   It seems there are a few different paths we could take.

  • Do you update statuses for those employees who haven't done the final sign off step or do you leave them open?  Some of our staff are on the road so the review was delivered but that final step hasn't been done.
