SummaryOld Plan in Benefit program was inactivated with session effective date 01/01/2021 ,but it still appears in Benefit summary page
We have a new benefit plan and options set up for the upcoming OE 01/01/2021 . I was able to add the new plan effective 01/01/2021 in benefts program and it is working as expected when employee enrolls in the OE window. but when I look in to the enrollment summary page i still see the old plan .
I also see the old plan retiree full rate medical plan still shows in the existing benefit program when i look with session effective 01/01/2021 date .
