Hi Oracle Team,

While posting charges for B2B Service Work Order from Manage Work Orders and Charges page then the system is showing below errors based on the Item Lot and Serial control.

1. If Item is both Lot and Serial controlled then even after selecting proper Lot Number and Serial Number system is showing error as "the number of serial numbers entered must be equal to the quantity for the lot". Please refer to screenshot 1.

2. If Item is not lot controlled and not serial controlled then the system is showing an error as "You must enter LOT_NUMBER attribute" but how can we enter Lot number for a non lot controlled item, Please refer to screenshot 2.
