I have attached an updated version of this presentation that includes enhancement made in 21A and 21C:

21A - More Detailed and Complete Costs and Charges for Field Service and Depot Repair.

21C - Enhanced the Post Field Service Charges logic to use Asset's Work Order Sub-Type when creating the Maintenance Work Order
