Collection notes not showing after save the note


Hi Team,

After the creation of the collection note I can see, but now able to query once I click on done.

Login to Collections

Click on Delinquency customer 

Click on note

Click on + to create a new note

Enter a note and then click on Save and Close, now I can see created note.

Click on done

again click on Delinquent customer --> Click on note --> Click on search --> click on search

I am unable to query previously created notes, it is happening in one of the instances
