Some of our challenges we are facing are notifications and task ownership.

I would love to hear how people set up notifications to group email boxes. Did you create a user with that email address? OTBI alerts (not stable)? Any other way to send a notification to a group email box?

How did you handle security and tasks? Did you grant them security to all requisitions and offers? Did you assign a specific user to the requisition and offer and if so how did you handle multiple people doing different tasks during the process?
