Hi Folks, 

Good day

Scenario

1) When an activity is assigned to a technician, due to some reason he/ she can't attend the same on that day.

2) Hence they reschedule the activity mentioning the reason.

3) The activity is moved to the other day as expected, however the message is not getting sent to the recipient it seems and got some obsolete message.
