We set our Performance template up in this order
I'll attach a screen shot. However when the employee and manager go in to do their evaluation the Overall Summary shows up 1st (at the top of the page) and then they go through and do the evaluation on the Performance Goals, Competencies and Development Goals. Is there a way we can enforce it to follow the way we have set it up? Are we missing a set up?
We have attempted to move the sections through a personalization in Page Composer and are currently testing. However, we have to verify these with each quarterly patch and when we have an issue that we open an Oracle SR, the first item they ask us to do is remove all personalization. So we are hesitant to use Page Composer for this change.
