Oracle Digital Assistant Release 21.08

The Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) Team is thrilled to announce the availability of Digital Assistant Release 21.08.

This release further strengthens ODA integration with Oracle Service Cloud by providing additional reporting on agent availability and estimated wait times. Insights reports can now be customized to include business specific metrics and developer productivity is enhanced by making it easier to iteratively test and modify skills via support for draft skills in a Digital Assistant. Language support in Voice has been expanded to include Indian English and Hindi.

In addition to all of this, there have been significant security enhancements to comply with the ongoing OCI certification for Oracle National Security Regions (ONSR). These are Oracle Cloud regions that are secured to the highest level of US Government classification standards and only connect to secure US Government networks.
