How do we change rate table for a portion of the population on 1/1 after OE

Hi all,

We have a portion of our hourly population that will be moving to a weekly payroll at the end of the year. Currently their elections are shown in the enrollment with a biweekly rate amount. We would like to keep the biweekly enrollment rates active during Open enrollment and then change them at the end of the year to reflect the weekly amount which will then send to payroll
