Display issues for allocated Journeys

Summary:

Journey is allocated to an employee but with display issues.

Content (required):

When a new hire enters the system, they are allocated the Onboarding Journey and is confirmed through 'View Console'. However, the Journey does not display under 'My Journeys' tab. Though, they are able to still see/interact with the tasks for the Onboarding Journey (under 'My Tasks' tab). This display issue shows for all new hires, which are assigned the Oracle as-delivered Employee role.

What is the next step to resolve this display issue?
