Hi,

we configured an approval Rule for the Performance Document which includes two approval steps (see the screenshot I attached): The owner of the first step is the worker's HR Representative (The HR Representative are defined, assigning to the designed users some specific Areas of Responsibilities); the owner of the second step is a specific user.

Our performance process flow includes the following tasks: Line Manager Evaluation of worker task -> Approval processing task in order to approve the Line Manager Evaluation -> 'Confirm review meeting held' task assigned to the worker's Line Manager.
