Rate Compensation Facotrs
Summary: Some of our benefit plans use Annual Base Salary as a compensation factor when determining rates/coverages. Is it possible to calculate it based on total compenstaion? For example, sales employees may have a low base salary. However, their benefits need to be based on total compensation number.
