Cash Advance Approver

Summary:

I need to add in the Approver for a Cash Advance into a custom report.  

Please can someone advise where in the database I might get it and wondered if anyone might have encountered a report that has it on that I might be able to crib from ?

I found one page which said I could use the assigneesdisplayname column from fa_fusion_soainfra.wftaskhistory table, and that DOES work, but not for all Cash Advances weirdly.

Apparently the Approver appears as “Author” in the Notes section of the Cash Advance screen.
