Refreshing and updating Journeys - scheduled process?

I have made amendments to an established Task within an active Checklist.

However I am then not seeing this change upon viewing the amended Checklist as an employee via Me - Journeys

For this example, within the Task, I have amended the Application Task selection via the available dropdown. I would then expect to be redirected to the newly chosen Application Task, as an employee clicking upon the task in the amended Checklist.

Is there a scheduled process that needs to run to pick up any changes made within Journeys? Thanks.
