Setting up variable coverage begin date for part-time hourly employees

Hi,

We have a requirement for the coverage begin date to vary based on the type of employees. For a part-time employee (paid on a hourly basis - weekly payroll), the deductions should begin on the employee's next available pay-period end after they enroll. The Coverage begin date should be pay-period end date plus 11 days.

Basically, we need to look at employee's election date(date when the part-time hourly employee makes elections) and then do the calculations based on that date.

Did anyone achieve this in Oracle using custom Fast formula or some configuration?
