Accessing Transferred Employee's Performance Document

Summary:

Our managers are looking for an easier way to access a transferred employee’s Performance Document other than through notifications. In my research, I have found that the only way to do so is through My Teams > Performance > Performance Documents.

We do not have the My Teams > Performance icon enabled so we have the following questions: 

- If we do enable it, what other options will be available beside Performance Documents?

- If necessary, can we only enable My Teams > Performance > Performance Documents or is there other options required in order to see/complete the performance documents for transferred employees?
