Hi Community,

There is a requirement to create a report which should basically identify the date the SR was set to the previous status, followed by the date the SR was set to ‘Customer Responded’ or ‘Third Party Responded’. As a result, the fields should look like this:


I am trying to use transaction_table and incident table both to prepare the report however i am not clear as to how we can display the later part of the information like Date SR changed to Third party & the latest status.

Any help is appreciated, Thanks!
