Can you restrict the Reassign functionality in Journeys?

Summary: We just found out that our Onboarding Admins are able to reassign tasks within a Journey to anyone they want to, even people who are not in same hierarchy or who should not be participating in onboarding. Is there a way to restrict a certain population from not showing up in the Reassign dropdown? We do not want them to have the ability to reassign to certain position levels in the Company.
