Collaboration Group auditing

Looking for a way to audit collaboration groups to ensure users/resources are set up correctly.

We've recently been adding collaborations groups to our users and resources. Specifically for resources, we are creating/using groups based on the resource's manager. Our resources occasionally switch between managers, though, so we need to be able to verify they we all have the correct ones, preferably without accessing every account individually. Similarly, we'd like to be able to routinely check all resources to ensure they have a collaboration group at all, so we're looking for a way to audit the collaboration groups on all users to verify this type data.
